Seller verifies Buyer’s ICPO and issues official Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity of the product in Seller’s Tank to the Buyer. Buyer signs the CI and return a copy back to the Seller along with Notice of Readiness (NOR) from their Shipping Company; 4. Seller issues PPOP documents as below; a. Product Quality Passport b. Certificate of Origin c. Commitment Letter to Supply d. Statement of product Availability 5. Buyer provides ATI and Q88 from his Shipping Company; 6. Seller issues Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) and TSR to the Buyer. Buyer conduct Dip Test in Seller’s Tank at Buyer’s cost. 7. After successful Dip Test, Injection commence to buyer’s Vessel; 8. After successful injection, seller issues the following documents to the Buyer: A. Allocation License B. Title Ownership Transfer Affidavit C. Tax registration Certificate 9. The Buyer makes 100% of the payment of the product via MT103/TT to the seller within 24 hours. Once 100% payment received, all intermediaries are paid by the seller. seller and Buyer execute a 12-months deliver contract;
